What we collect
During early access, we may collect the name and email address submitted through the
website form, your relationship to the senior you are helping, and messages shared
with Meera Aunty through the product.
If a family uses WhatsApp with Meera Aunty, WhatsApp account details, phone numbers,
message content, voice notes, and images you choose to share may be processed only so
the service can understand the request and respond.
How we use information
We use information to provide step-by-step tech help, improve the assistant, manage
early-access invitations, understand common support needs, and keep the service safer.
Meera Aunty is not designed to ask for OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs, banking PINs, or
other sensitive security details. If a message asks for those details, stop and check
with family before continuing.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use SeniorTech Saathi for medical, financial, or emergency advice.
- We do not ask seniors to share OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs, or bank PINs.
- We do not claim the service is fully public or fully automated at this stage.
Early-access limitations
SeniorTech Saathi is a small prototype. Human review may be used to test quality,
improve safety, and fix issues during early access. Public launch privacy practices
may become more detailed as the product grows.
The service is not a medical, financial, legal, or emergency service. For emergencies,
contact local emergency services or a trusted family member directly.
